Pending the development and completion of government social housing programs, Holistic will help meet this need through its program designed to provide access to housing for those with secure employment and income. Two types of housing will be developed targeting on the one hand executives, owners and employees of businesses and, on the other, anyone who can demonstrate a certain income. These homes will be established in secure spaces with access to basic services (road, water, electricity, roads, public transport and proximity to urban centers. An adapted financing plan will be implemented to facilitate access to target groups For this program Holistic will work in partnership with companies that have innovative and affordable projects.
